| New scarecrow record, 3/6 in one day.
I haven't even tried the advice someone gave me on shrednow, to tie a
disc from the ceiling and practice that way, to build muscle memory and
body awareness.

| I was a bit tired the first hour, but for whatever reason felt pretty
energetic the second hour. My cartwheel seems 1% better and my outside
seems a little better, probably because I'm trying to kick faster.
As most of the club prepared the material for a self-defense seminar
they are doing tomorrow, I just took a break, practiced staff, and
worked on some freestyle disc moves in the Armory.
Reverse arm wheel trail catch (I used to think this was called a trill catch...)
Bo stance blind scarecrow (I was pretty close in the beginning, but it's tiring and frustrating to attempt over and over.)
Chest roll (eh, okay, could always use work).
Butterfly into discus. Hmm, probably overkill, just like a discus into 360 transition reverse finger flick.

| Wow, only about two weeks left of break. Deadlines coming up.
DVP III says hi to tones.
Brr, it was cold today. But at least the new CS building is pretty
nice. Designed by the same people that did BillG's pad and the new
Pixar studios.
